• Standard Glossy Visiting Cards : This Material is 300gsm printed on Glossy coated paper. Glossy Paper look sharp, vibrant and can easily be marred by fingerprints. it produces a shiny glare print.
• Premium Matte Visiting Cards : This Material is 300gsm printed on coated Paper with Matte Lamination. An extra layer of Matte Lamination is done to make it feel premium super smooth matte surface with rich look and feel. it also give extra stiffness to the visiting cards.  
• Premium Glossy Visiting Cards : This Material is 300gsm printed on coated Paper with Glossy Lamination. An extra layer of Glossy Lamination is done to enhanced look and feel to compliment vivid design. 
• Ivory Visiting Cards : This Material is 300gsm printed on German Ivory coated paper. Ivory provides smooth surface that provide excellent prints. it is very pure white, higher brightness and soft to touch.
• Textured Visiting Cards : This Material is 300gsm printed on Linen White Textured coated paper. Linen Textured paper looks and feel like fine Linen Fabric. It has a subtle embossed crosshatch textured finish that resembles woven linen fabric.
• Metallic Visiting Cards : This Material is 260gsm printed on Pearl Metallic coated paper. Pearl Metallic paper has pretty, iridescent shimmer that adds a special feel to your visiting cards. Pearl Metallic Visiting cards give a Premium and elegant feel.

3. Design Quality Checks 

 After you have placed the order, Our IT Team Reviews your Order and Our Graphic Design Team Review your Design for the print quality, trim and safety area to make sure everything is good. our graphic design team does any design changes if required and collaborate with you for any update. 

When everything is fine it's sent to the print production team

4. Print Production

Print Production Teams Reviews the Orders Specification, Design and start processing the Order.

PRE PRINT DESIGN

Firstly the pre-production team design your visiting card with multiple copy of the design arranged to fit in the 13" x 19" paper sheet, then adds trim marks and other multiple settings.

PRINTING

In the meantime, a team member loads the preferred paper inside the production printer. Paper used for visiting cards are 300gsm Matte, Glossy, Textured, Metallic, Synthetic paper etc...

after finalising the design, The Print order is sent to the production printer and a quality check is done to ensure the print quality and colours accuracy.

PRINT FINISHING

Then It's sent for finishing. There are multiple ways to finish the Visiting Cards depending on the visiting card specification.

For Premium Matte Visiting Cards or Premium Glossy Visiting Cards
The Printed Visiting Cards sheets are sent for Lamination. Lamination give a Premium look and smooth finish to the visiting cards. It Gives extra stiffness and adds up the thickness of the visiting cards. 
We Ensure there are no bubbles and lamination is done with precision.

For Spot UV Visiting Cards 

After Lamination of Premium Matte Visiting Cards is done. It is Send to the UV Team to place the printed sheet in the Spot UV Printers to create a glossy finish overlaying the design and store it a side for a while to help it dry. 

For Folded Visiting Cards

Our Team sends the cut cards to the folding team to carefully fold the visiting cards in half with precision and accurately, Folded Visiting Cards helps to provide more information in a pocket size cards.

CUTTING

The final printed visiting cards are sent to the cutting team to accurately align the sheets inside the cutting machine and cut in to right size of visiting cards. Standard Trim Size of the Visiting Cards are 89 mm x 51 mm.

QUALITY CHECKS

The Visiting Cards are check thoroughly for print quality, colour accuracy, lamination finishing, spot uv finishing, Folding quality and accurate cutting and many more quality checks.

PACKING

The Quality Passed - Visiting Cards are packed in Boxes, These Box are good quality and can be placed at your office tables or any where.
